4. Technical issues such as download failure or file corruption must be reported within 48 hours. We will investigate and resend access when reasonable. Only verified technical cases are eligible for review. Reissue does not imply refund eligibility.

5. Duplicate purchases made in error can be reviewed for reversal. Users must provide evidence of double billing. Affected cases will be handled through our support channel. Refunds in this case are subject to confirmation.

7. No refund applies where users attempt to distribute, resell, or republish BrightCapital files. These cases are treated as violations, and access may be revoked. Our platform is protected by automated anti-distribution systems. Repeat abuse results in permanent restriction.
